Originally from Yorkshire; my family have had touring caravans for a long time, I myself have been caravanning since I was born. I started out as a chef working for my Fathers restaurant in Cowes in 1985 when I came to the Isle of Wight. The business was established in 2002 after a long apprenticeship under David Dobson Specialist Engineering Services, and solutionist. In 1991 my family managed a caravan park in Wootton for some 17 years to 2008. the caravan knowledge and contacts have proved invaluable.
Today at Stephen Ward Caravan and Boats we have established a business in our of LPG Gas Engineer, Mobile Caravan Repairs of new and old models, Appliance and certifications. all the main caravan and touring sites on the island with many repeat customers and referrals. Mobile caravan repairs, Caravan and LPG gas work for caravans and boats that all the main manufacturers and companies. All makes of boiler and heaters.
As a specialist LPG Boat work with all the marinas on the island working with many boat charter companies and sailing schools keeping Installation of new pipework systems, upgrades and renewals, cooker installations, cylinder locations and lockers together with surveyors reports of gas installations and certifications.
Stephen Ward has been Gas Safe registered and Corgi registered since 2003 and is fully insured.
David Dobson from Specialist Engineering Services is established repair business and can provide expert knowledge with over 40 years experience in the LPG and caravanning industry.
